This policy explains what the HaiLan website (www.hailango.com) collects, how it is used, and your rights. This is a non-commerce information and inquiry site; it does not offer shopping, payment, or ordering.
Via the custom inquiry form we may collect: your name, contact (email), estimated quantity, inquiry details, reference images you upload, and AI-generated sample renders. The site also collects traffic statistics via Google Analytics 4; these are not fully anonymous — see "Cookies & Google Analytics 4" below.
Form information is used only to reply to your custom inquiry, discuss plans and quotes, and for sampling/production discussions. Analytics data is used to understand usage and improve content.
The inquiry form offers a separate, optional marketing subscription checkbox. This consent is optional and independent from the processing of your inquiry and from Cookie/Google Analytics 4 consent: checking it or not does not affect our reply to your inquiry and does not change your Cookie or analytics consent state. Only if you actively check this option will we send you product updates, fabric and craft news, and customization-related messages by email. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing HaiLan@hailango.com; withdrawal does not affect the processing of your inquiry. We send such messages from our own mailbox and do not use a third-party email marketing platform.
Inquiry records are stored in the site database and emailed to HaiLan@hailango.com for follow-up. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (processor: Google LLC, USA) to measure traffic. By default, storage such as analytics_storage and ad_storage is set to "denied"; until you explicitly consent via the banner at the bottom of the page, GA4 does not write cookies that identify visitors. After consent, GA4 may set cookies such as _ga (default retention about 14 months) and _ga_<container-id> (session-level) for client identification, sessions, and visit-behaviour measurement, so these statistics are not fully anonymous. This site does not serve ads; ad_storage remains denied. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" button on the page, or by clearing your browser cookies; after withdrawal GA4 will no longer write new cookies.
Sample images generated by the form are AI renders for design direction only; they are not final product photos. Actual products are subject to confirmed samples and production approvals.
After you grant analytics storage, this site records first-party pageview statistics to understand usage and improve content. Data categories include: path, referrer, a random visitor id (hl_visitor_id) and session id (hl_session_id), device type, browser language, and User-Agent. These ids are used only for stats deduplication, not cross-site tracking. Data is stored in the site first-party database (PocketBase); the processor is HaiLan, and the hosting server may be located outside your country, so cross-border transfer may occur. Before consent, no ids are created and no tracking request is sent. Retention is at most 12 months, then auto-deleted. Withdraw consent anytime via “Cookie settings”; after withdrawal no new ids or tracking requests are created. To request deletion of recorded pageview data, email HaiLan@hailango.com.
